My Current Project

My threshold for writing is always the same. I will only write if I feel I can improve on my last book. For the past six months I have been working hard on delivering a sequel to Mogadishu Diaries. I sincerly believe the novel "Insider Threat" delivers and picks up where Bloodlines  ended. Whereas Bloodlines focused on the threat beyond the saftety of the compound; Insider Threat takes a serious look at the threat in our ranks.

I love my book reviewers, even the ones who were most critical about my writing. One common theme that emerged in constructive criticism was "unfamiliar terms used in the book."  Point well taken, I am fluent in militaryese but not everyone is. I have taken that onboard and in my forthcoming paperback editions there will be a Glossary of Terms for those unfamiliar with miltary jargon. In two reviews I was called for using astrisks in my swear words (hey ... I write like I speak). I gave in, so the couple of swear words I omitted letters in ... are complete with all of their glory.

As I mature in this endeavor of writing and marketing, I will continue to keep you abreast of the latest and the greatest.

Thank you for your encouragement and support.
